  My rating has nothing to do with the service or employees. They've always been great. My problem is with the product. I've bought 6 or 7 pairs of Levi's here in the past year and a half. I'm already down to 4 pairs and it looks like I'm about to lose another. The first 4 pairs might have been a bit small, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got some that had plenty of give. These too are already coming apart and I've been extra careful with them. I usually wear them more than once before washing them and I use more delicate cycles. Despite this they are still falling apart. I have a 6 year old pair of no name jeans I got from good will that I don't treat half as well and those are still in wearable condition, which is more than I can say for the Levi's. I've heard that the quality isn't always the same at every store. All I can say is that this is the only store I've bought them from so far. What happened Levi's?
