  I have never been more satisfied with a retail location! First of all, Cole Haan stands behind their products and seems to support their staff. I bought a pair of shoes and a week later the wood started to crack. I was hoping that this was a fluke and that they would take care of me as a customer. They met my expectations and then some! I called and the store manager said to bring them in- no questions asked. I was lucky that they still had the same shoe in the size I needed. The Assistant Manager (Ryan, I believe) was so helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about when I walked in. Again, no questions asked. The new shoes that I have have been perfect with no issues. We always like to look around and received the best customer service. We ended up purchasing a wallet and another pair of shoes that night, we couldn't pass them up. Great prices, comfortable, and stylish; I don't have enough good things to say about this place. Each sales person and manager I have come into contact with has been fabulous and I will definitely be returning. Actually, due to the way they stood behind their product and their customer service- this is now my favorite designer! Not to mention the fabulous and comfortable shoes/ clothing/ amazing handbags they have. If you haven't yet you need to check this place out. Cole Haan will exceed any expectation you have of retail.
